How much are your shipping charges?

Our shipping is affordable and all orders are shipped direct to your doorstep, whether it's your home or your business. For non kayak and non trailer orders, our ground shipping is always free if you meet our minimum purchase requirement ($49). Orders that do not meet the minimum purchase requirement will be charged actual shipping.

Will you ship a kayak to my home or business, and how much does this cost?

Kayaks require special handling and therefore cost a lot more to ship, though we prefer direct sales of kayaks, feel free to contact us direct to discuss your options.

What if I need my order faster than regular shipping?

We offer FedEx Overnight and 2-Day service. You will be given the choice to select this option on the checkout page. Pricing varies and will be calculated when either the Overnight or 2-Day service is selected. Neither 2-day nor Overnight include Saturday delivery, these are based on Business Days only, for Saturday delivery please call us to place your order.

Do you ship internationally?

We do ship internationally. We charge actual shipping charges and ship usually via USPS Express International or USPS Priority International. We do not collect any duty or taxes and you are responsible for any import duties or customs taxes that are due on delivery. Unfortunately we are not able to ship kayaks internationally, only accessories.

When will my order ship?

Items on the site marked 'In-Stock' will ship within 24-48 hours. If items are marked as back ordered, they will ship as soon as we have received them.

Why did my shipment come in a previously used box?

We try to reuse as many boxes, and as much shipping material as we can. This accomplishes a couple of things. It saves us money, allowing us to pass those savings along to you, as our end customer. It also saves the world! Well not really, but it does help the world and our environment, as we are recycling what we can and therefore not adding to the amount of waste we are sending to the land fill. Rest assured though, we will only use boxes and material fit for shipping, and your product is just as protected as if we used brand new boxes and material.

Will I be charged Sales Tax?

All orders are shipped to you tax free unless you reside in the state of Georgia. All residents of the State of Georgia will be charged State Sales Tax of 8%.

How do I return an item?

We always take care of our customers and will take back any product within 14 days of purchase for any reason. We can't say that we won't ask any questions; of course we will be curious as to why you changed your mind, but that's only because we care and we want to make sure you get the best service possible. Should you decide to return your product and it is in new condition we will refund you the full purchase price. If we had to ship the product and you are returning it because you changed your mind, well, we can't refund you the shipping - it is only fair. It is also your responsibility to pay the return shipping fees that might be associated with returning the product. If you are returning a kayak please contact us as there might be re-stocking fees involved depending on the kayak and the condition. How can I track my order?

We will email you a tracking number as soon as your item has been shipped.

Your credit card and all of your personal information are transmitted via Secured Socket Layer. We use PayPal to offer secure communications by encrypting all data to and from our site.
